Join our Running Club For Women Open House Event! Are you a woman new to running or someone who has never quite felt at home in traditional running clubs? This is your chance to be part of a supportive community that’s about more than just running—it’s about empowerment.

We invite women like you to discover a holistic approach to running. We believe running is not just about fitness, but a powerful tool to boost confidence, overcome challenges, and create positive changes in your life.

Come and learn how our community offers:

Accountability: Stay motivated with a group that supports you at your own pace.

AGENDA

  • An introduction to the Club and what makes us so different

  • Bring a Yoga Mat and a Foam Roller to participate in a meditative foam rolling session.

  • Then our guest speaker, a Registered Dietician, will bring the discussion to nutrition and how to fuel our bodies.

  • Discussion on how your body composition impacts your runs (with an opportunity to get scanned at a discounted rate).
