Who is Ella-Go?

Hi! I’m Lisa, your Running Life Coach.

I didn’t start running because I was confident. I started because I was trying to rebuild myself. After navigating divorce, single motherhood, stress, and self-doubt, movement became more than exercise….it became a way to reconnect with who I was.

Through movement, I learned to process grief, navigate major life transitions, and build unshakeable confidence.

Now I help women use movement not just to improve fitness, but to rebuild confidence, resilience, and the way they show up for themselves.
