Running Coaching: for performance goals

This is for women who:

  • want structured run coaching,

  • want to train for 5K, 10K, or half marathon — or simply build consistent running habits with confidence and support,

  • want accountability and confidence,

  • want support without toxic coaching culture.

Includes:

  • Custom training plan (adaptable to pace + lifestyle)

  • V.O2 app access

  • Mindset Coaching

  • Weekly coaching support to include communication during business hours

  • Race preparation and accountability
