Hi! I’m Lisa, your Running Life Coach
Before creating Ella-Go, I worked as a Mental Health Therapist at a trauma-focused center, helping women navigate some of the hardest chapters of their lives. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how trauma, loss, and transitions can impact a woman’s confidence and sense of self.
When I went through my own divorce, running became my lifeline. Movement helped me process grief, rebuild confidence and rediscover my strength. Every mile reminded me that I was still strong, capable and never powerless.
That’s why I created Ella-Go, to help women remember that their power was never lost. To teach women that it has always been within them, just like it was in me!
Through running, walking, and intentional movement, I guide women to harness their power, heal and reclaim their lives.
Is This Just a Running Program?

Ella-Go is a unique movement program designed for women who want to process emotions, reclaim their strength, and step into empowerment. As a Certified Running and Life Coach, I'll meet you where you are. Whether you're lacing up sneakers for the first time, walking to clear your mind, or training for your first 5K, I’ll be your guide.
Some women join with race or life goals, and we work toward them with structured training. Others come seeking movement as a way to heal and reconnect with themselves. Both paths are valid. Both are powerful.
Ella-Go is more than a coaching program. It’s a safe space for women to find themselves through movement.
